Sunny is a member of the research staff at Intel Research Seattle and a PhD candidate in the Information School at the University of Washington advised by Professor David McDonald. Her research interests include applying user-centered design to ubiquitous computing. In particular, she’s interested in the social implications of ubiquitous computing technologies. Her current focus is on developing persuasive technologies to encourage people to incorporate regular and varied physical activity into everyday life.
