I am currently a researcher at IBM Research - Tokyo, working in the Accessibility Research group led by Dr. Chieko Asakawa. I recently received my Ph.D. from the Computer Science & Engineering department at the University of Washington, where I was co-advised by Professors James Landay and Jacob Wobbrock. My research interests are in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), speech and voice-based interaction, assistive technology, and universal design.
