Carol A. Taylor is Director of User Experience for Motricty, a mobile software service provider. She is also a graduate student in the Technical Communications Department and founder of the Mobile User Experience Research Group. Her research interests include mobile technology adoption and experience, in particular mobile internet use. Her professional experience and interests include Human Computer Interaction, qualitative research methods, and interaction design processes.
